Its not an issue caused by mods its building just fine just not showing up only mods i have is skill recovery and the aim circle thingy

I mean it may not be the same reasoning, but in B41 this was a known issue. Tiles would not show up but they would register as being there. The only for sure way to fix that would have an admin physically delete the tile and then replace it with one to fix the dead cell.
It mainly had to do with it being land connected to water as well.
