No mods, mostly default apocalypse settings with minor tweaks for MP convenience.
There is no loot respawn and there are currently no planned wipes besides game updates that force a wipe
There's been a few dedicated players on, the initial power and water stage has passed but there's still a lot of loot to grab.

The server has updated to 42.15 and is still unwiped and playable. I'll probably go around and spawn a bunch of the new guns in. Nov 1994
My current plan is to keep the server unwiped during unstable, then have a fresh wipe for stable release
