Sometimes when I'm reloading with an M9, I am losing magazines (or dropping them due to high stress, not sure if that's something in the game or not) and I cannot find them even when in forage mode. I also cannot transfer VHS tapes after watching them when they go to my inventory.

I also have the transfer bug with VHS tapes. And when you relog, you get credit for viewing them, but the tapes disappear.
