Well, you can start of by killing all zombies in the nearby area but idk if your playing with zombie respawn or not, if your playing with it, I recommend grinding and setting up metal fences and metal fence gates. And if that doesn't help, move to a more rural location, that's still nearby. I can help ya find a new base spot depending on what you want, I know a ton of good areas
you gonna have to build more wooden walls, if you level up your metalworking you should be able to build metal walls which last way longer
well i was thinking of like getting a ton of wood then building like a big box with
with 2 gates
i am playing with zombie respawn
how do i level up metalworking tho i already read vol1 and i cant read vol2
Scrap burnt out cars
You currently living in rosewood gated community you could build a gate at the end of both side of the community street and then build one on your house.
That would lower the chance of zombies migrating back towards the houses from the more populated side
yeah thats a good idea
ill do that
what tools do i need
since i dont really carry tools on me
Welding rod and an Welding mask
I recommend finding propane tanks to refill the welding rod since those wrecks will consume almost the whole rod
alrighty
is there like a hardware store like west point
thats usually where i find them
Also clear the wrecks that you know your going to be driving through in the future since that will allow you to drive through in the future easier
For the mask and rod I recommend construction site, garages, car repair shops
For the tanks just do the most red neck ass thing and drive around and locate people BBQ grill that has a propane tank
i think i know where the car repair shop is ill go there
makes sense
Remember it just lying there in there house it free :)
Are you on b42?
Because if you are muldraugh there a building that sells furniture in b42 near the motel that has like 5 grills with tanks in them
b41
im in rosewood
i think
Oh i thought you moved to westpoint if you're still at the same town from the image you post than you are. If you go to spiffo across the street is a car repair shop, if you take the highway and keep driving you should see an diner, if you take that road the dinner is on you will find a couple of large warehouse that might have welding rods aswells as welding masks
Alright i'm going to bed I wish you well, I wouldn't check the furniture store for propane tank in muldraugh since in b41 they don't have the grills with tanks. Also if you die and plan to start with a new save I recommend trying the new build, it is unstable but it got animals, and a lot of new crafting and alot more to discover.
This is how to get on b42 btw
yeah im aware
im just playing on b41 for mods
