so i didnt shutdown properly my last multiplayer session and now all my skill levels items and known skills are at the start of my last 6 hours playsession, can i recover this or no? (all my friends stuff is saved properly)

You can ask an admin to recover the skills, otherwise there isnt much that can be done without a backup
