Livestock (red longhorn chickens) disappeared on dedicated server after restarting the server. (B42.13.1 MP)

How was the server restarted exactly?

Logged off for the night as usual, shut the server down and started the server again.

Which commads did you use? So I can confirm a good shutdown

In server launcher window i typed quit

Recommend also typing "save" beforehand, but quit should be fine.

Did anything else disappear? Does the server use any mods?
