Looks like you're still on B41...

right click zomboid in steam > properties > betas tab > select "unstable - UNSTABLE" and let the game reinstall

you should be able to join after that

the issue is that you're currently on the stable b41 release, and the server is running unstable b42

can you post a screenshot of what it says in steam beside zomboid? for example, mine shows this:

super weird... I would close out PZ and steam, restart steam and then verify installation

right click zomboid > properties > Installed Files > "Verify integrity of game files"

alternatively, verify the server you're joining is running B42 also... the screenshot you posted definitely seems like the server is on b42 and you were on b41, but I only understand english so maybe I have it mixed up lol
