🗺️ World & Gameplay Settings Highlights
- Zombie population: High (3x) with randomized distribution
- Very low sprinter chance (1%)
- Zombies can play dead
- Zombie intelligence(ability to open doors), toughness, and memory are randomized
- Saliva-only infection (bites only)
- Infection delay: 1–2 weeks
- Multiple zombies can drag players down, but multi-hit is on for players.
- Zombies are more active at night
Loot & progression
- No pre-looted buildings (Settings ensured)
- Large POIs (malls, hospitals, etc.) are worth exploring
- Slow, fair loot respawn for long-term play
- Global XP multiplier: 1.2x
- Reading speed improved
- Re-reading literature allowed after 90 in-game days
World stability
- Water & electricity shutoff: 0–1 year
- Gas stations never run out of fuel
- Exterior generators enabled
- Generator fuel consumption reduced
- Car damage on impact lowered
- World save every 30 minutes
- Safehouse inactivity removal: 30 days
- Metal working XP Doubled due to inability to refill propane
🌌 Server Uptime & Persistence
The server runs 24/7 as long as there is active interest.
If activity ever drops off for an extended period (around one month of inactivity), the world will be safely saved and paused, then restarted when interest or updates return.
Progress is preserved whenever possible.
