Hello, I have read all the posts about the special character, but this issue is different. My friend has a 5 letter username and no spaces. we've been playing for two days now and only now is it telling us invalid username after a restart. Please give any advice you can

The username was 5 characters, no spaces or special characters. I just found a fix
