Chicken place but no chickens
Very annoying to clear out a path for a car there but its mostly isolated to the North you have the Sunderland Hills Sanatorium and to the south [pretty far] from the Base you have the Beaver Camp and Park Ranger station
Didn't kill or have to kill alot of zombies so far mostly only in reclaiming my hat and getting the Van
