hey! so from experience with like a mp server

in west point atleast the fella spawned in his washing place in riverside

i accepted his requested of giving him ammo but for some reason back then it did not work or atleast i didnt know how to give the ammo to him

in muldraugh the quest guy will be at the bar south of the city

in riverside he'll be at a washing machine place in a parking lo
