Changing the mod order makes the server and the clients run significantly better or not?

If yes, is there a program that can automaticly organize your mods, and if there isn't any, which mod loading order is the best

It shouldnt as long as mods dont conflict with each other

And you should not run conflicting mods anyway

But its best to load dependant mods first, that is about it
