It's a radio frequency that will broadcast weather forecasts... and that frequency will never stop transmitting

It will also warn about the helicopter; if it is the helicopter day, it will say "Air Activity detected." after the weather forecast

But... AEBS frequency is random in every world... You can just check any radio you come across to find it. The AEBS of your world may already be saved on a radio you find
