I was playing with friends in b41 with mods and we left our base, and when we came back a cell with all our stuff was reset, but the cell around this one didnt reset.
do you know why and how can i avoid that ?

Mods can have issues such as items that corrupt areas

Meaning you would likely have to avoid mods that do that, though knowing which mods do that is not possible without testing
