Device options not opening electronic items ui

Set up a multiplayer server with 250+ mods however nobody can use electronic devices. I right click the tv or item and go to device options and clock and nothing pops up.

Some mod might be the culprit. I remember it happening to me with the TV & Radio Reinvented mod

That mod didn't work in MP back when I tried it
