💰 Loot Respawn Time 7 IRL Hours or One Week in game - World does not progress when no one is online - Extremely RARE Loot Settings - Items are deleted from floor

⏰ Day length 1 hour -Stats decrease low - Endurance regen fast - Multi hit ON - 2x XP for all Skills -75% reduced Muscle Strain- Nutrition off - Sleeping off

High Population - Weak Zombies -Infection Spread through Bites Only- Zombies Respawn

🙀 Very Limited amount of Mods- Proximity Inventory and Mods to fix the cooking bug

💵 🛒 Collect Money, Wallets, and Credit Cards off of zombies - trade with players - Buy rare items from admin shop at Community Center - Make Card Skimmer to store money digitally

⚔️ 🦾 Britas Weapons & Armor Pack - ScrapSmith Medieval Weapons and Armor -Advanced Trajectory Realistic Overhaul - Lots of Clothing Mods

🏚️ 🏡 Can have two bases per player - Two characters per player allowed - Builder Friendly - Build Menu

🚗 Vehicle interior mod - KI5 cars and Fillabusters - Bicycles - 7 Car claim limit - Speed Limit is 90

📒 Journal Mod with 90% Recovery- But due to having a system where you gain traits by playing (Evolving Traits World) you will most likely not receive the full 90%
