I have a 1L bottle of Gin and a rag. I also tried transferring the Gin into another 1L glass bottle, still won't let me craft it.

Looking at the recipe (on wiki cause I can't look at scripts atm) it looks like it's looking for alcohol/gasoline/tequila/vodka/whiskey fluid. And it looks like that gin bottle is filled with gin fluid, which the recipe doesn't take? So that's where I would guess the issue is
