It seems I’ve found a bug: when I kill a rabbit with a bat, I get a disproportionate amount of meat when butchering it. In the picture, you can see the meat from just two rabbits. If this isn’t a bug, then it’s overpowered

There’s no point in me fishing all day for 10 fish that give +7 hunger each when I can just kill a rabbit with 0 butchering skills and get tons of meat

Options. You are just switching out spending time fishing to spending time catching rabbits. If you think it ruins your gameplay you don't have to do it
