not sure tbh. try the other sizes would be my guess. I don't use mods so I just leave it on the default "scale with font size" since it looks good that way for me
try the smallest first and work your way up

yes and no
you need filters for those masks I believe
I haven't used them much personally, I really haven't had any issues with needing to wear masks to prevent corpse sickness even though I wade through the dead like it's a DOOM game lol

nope, sorry. my current 42 run I'm playing unmodded vanilla, so I can easily explore the new stuff and report bugs
and in 41 and prior I tend to stick to a vanilla+ style of modding, usually no more than 20-40 mods at a time, mostly map, vehicle, and QoL mods
