.. I think you might be color blind. because the thumbnail, on my phone screen, I spotted that red dot instantly. it shows up against that green background perfectly. if you have a hard time seeing it... you might want to look at some of the color blindness tests online.
separate of that, if you hit the C button in the bottom right hand corner, It centers right on the dot.

yeah, i get that, but if the colors are fading into each other and don't have good contrast to your vision, then it makes it look smaller than it really is.
It is small though
it is the same size as the width of all the lines of the drawn symbols
It is inadequately small and can't be seen 99 % time of the real gameplay

what I'm not quite getting is also the shape of the screenshot... are you playing on mobile?
they're on ultrawide I'm pretty sure. which makes small objects like that dot harder to see since they're made even smaller at higher resolutions like that. it's a UI scaling issue more than anything, TIS or a modder could probably just make the red dot scale with the UI perhaps. PZ just recently got better UI scaling for ultrawide so makes sense that a few things like this might've fallen through the cracks
or honestly a simpler fix would be just to have selectable sizes in the options menu, like we already have for moodle and font sizes
