THE RIFT
In 2003, the sky over New Albany shattered. A jagged tear in reality The Rift opened, bleeding alien
spores and toxic gas into our atmosphere. Then came the fallout. A catastrophic failure turned New
Albany into a radioactive Dead Zone, sealing the only land exit.
Between the toxic clouds above and the wall of radiation below, Merchant Island has become a cage.
The military blockade failed. The spores spread globally. Society has collapsed. You are not facing a
virus, you are facing an invasion. The Parasite wraps around the brain stem, driving the host mad with
vicious, alien intent. Rumors of "Rift Monsters" stalk the treeline, and the radiation is leaking closer every
day.
**Welcome to BBRP! **After two successful seasons, we are returning with our most ambitious season yet.
BBRP is a mature 18+ SFW roleplay and story based Zomboid server.
Why Join Season 3? This season is about surviving a hostile environment that wants to kill you as much
as the infected do while uncovering the mystery of The Rift. Whether you are a trapped resident, a
stranded refugee, or a desperate investigator, your story starts at The Sanctuary.

THE WORLD
The Rift has corrupted the land. You will encounter Spore Zones that require gas masks, Alien
Fauna, it's not just the dead you have to worry about, and Radiation Zones holding high-tier loot for
those with Hazmat gear.
THE STORY
We offer Regular Events and quests by staff, alongside Bi-Weekly Server Events that change the
map and stakes. Plus, our staff works with you to build Personal Arcs that integrate your character
into the world.
THE SYSTEMS
Experience 250+ Curated Mods including custom maps and clothing. We use a Fair Death System (full
skill recovery) so you fear the RP not the grind, and enforce Balanced PvP with no KOS to encourage
story-driven conflict.
The Rift is open. The world and the world has changed.
