wonder why i havent seen this place in any videos or other places, seems like something that would be popular
found it on the interactive map
had to clear it up from a bunch of the dubious creatures and cleanup took like two days
gonna spend the winter here sincei started in the middle of november

it seems like it is far from city

its far from everything but its neat and in a decent spot for wilderness survival

pond to fish, well for water alot of land to farm on or forage

forest for hunting

#

plus it has both the antique stove and several fireplaces

the only downside is that it is a bit far from the roads
