This ain't much. Just started a Last of Us esque modded server with me and my friends and thought it would be fun if more people wanted to join. (Plus I haven't told them hehehe).
Server Settings:

PVP can be toggled, wanna keep if fairly friendly but people are allowed to pvp given their consent to

Safe Houses are a thing and people can intrude but can't loot from them. BUT you must survive at least 3 days to do so, but you can respawn in one. At the moment I have it set so any building can be claimed, feels it's pretty lore accurate for TLOU to be doing so.

Sleep is not required but can be done if everyone does it.

Reading is 10x faster

Plants and crops grow faster and are heartier and more abundant

Car, genreator, and light buld life span/consumption is halfed

If you're fresh joining Rosewood is where me and my friends started (With a goal of getting to Louisville) But a lot of the stuff their has been looted. Of course loot does respawn but not tell like a month.
