I have reinstalled the game twice now, completely clean install, verified the clean install, restarted my PC, made sure I have zero mods, and still have a blank screen when I try to load in. I'm currently downloading it a third time to see what happens.

Can confirm this is a known bug. No ETA on a fix yet but it's very high priority and is actively being worked on.
