i found this issue when had mods installed, i thought i was a mod at first until to removed EVERY mod i had to reinstall the game, even in VANILLA this issue is still present.
This Video was recorded in Vanilla game Build 42.7.0 With NO MODS whatsoever.

Even on any level Aiming & Reloading Skills this is still present

This only really happens with that specific gun

It’s just broken animation wise, specifically auto firing the m16
