- so you need to take care of your wound infections or else you'll get sick and eventually die
- you spawn with sterilized rags and a saucepan though. I recommend you keep above 15 sterilized rags on you at all times at a bare minimum
hordes and random slower sprinters
- random zombies so some of them (23%) are sprinters and their health is also random
- I'm using the wandering zombies mod to make them group up however sprinters are just free roaming but they aren't quite as fast as normal

- You can still find water left in sinks and tubs it just runs out quickly for any given water source (plumbed ones)
- If you're worried about food, you can choose the prepared: food trait to start with a decent bit of primary ingredients in jars which are amazing to cook with or if you wanna farm you can get seeds from them aswell :3
rebalanced version of cryogenic winter so it's cold enough to make you sick but not so cold you immediately die from going outside without perfect insulation
