Help! Server does not update mods reliably. Deleting mod cache also deletes mod INI's

Restarting the server is enough for it to automatically update

#

Deleting any sort of settings or cache is a very unnecessary step

#

I only needed to do that like once in my years of server hosting experience, just to fix a mod install issue
