Places that aren't on the map? Roads and highways cutoff by fields of trees and grass out of nowhere

I also circled a highway that leads to West Point as it also gets cut off by a random field of trees and grass. None of my map mods have conflicts and I also don't even have that many map mods. I am on B41 btw. Can anyone tell me a solution or why this is happening?
