Just launched a modded server. Expect a difficult start but things will get easier and more convenient over time.

Most spawns are in remote spaces but it is possible to fast travel from some places with money. Remote spawns should make griefing more difficult.
Zombies don't automatically respawn but may spawn during horde events.
There is no world map which should encourage a more natural form of exploration. When community is more developed will enable share world map.
