You could launch the game in debug mode and repair the cars. A little cheat but not your fault about the bug anyway

There is a trick.If you want to prevent players steal your stuff by climbing of the walls just build a stairs next to your walls and build 1 square of floor next to the walls around your base.Then no one can even climb your walls.They will be forced to destroy and break them.Most players just give up on doing that.
