Hello friendo's! 
Since some have asked, this is NOT a home hosted server. It runs on a 9950x, NVME in a datacenter.
I'm a pretty new player to the game, and like myself. I'm hoping to find others like that who are also new. Or at least willing to help others in the game.
So I created a server just for that.
You don't need a mic, just a positive or rather not negative attitude.

Settings:
no pvp (pve only)
7 Days loot respawn.
Minimap enabled
Population Multiplier (zombies) 3 out of 5 (high)
Zombies Fence Lunge disabled
No mods added. Likely won't at all, or at least for a long time.
Rules 
rules are simple, keep it safe for work. So leave swearing and use of deceases and such out of this.
Obvious stuff such as cheating are a no-no.
Use common sense.
Keep your name similar to Discord, makes it easier to see who is who.
PS, I'm also creating content, so if you use a mic you may be heard on stream.
