how durable are those? can you plow through a horde of zombies without worry or is it to prevent the occasional straggler causing to much damage?

Its a mix of both, it reduces crash based damage from trees, poles, zombies or anything solid. And blocks all zombie damage to the base compenents. I had about 40 zombies on the Bulldriver, all banging on it for a fat 3 or 4 minutes and it damaged the hood about 3 percent. However the windows are still vulnerable to damage but they still can grab you until they are through the armour.

Sleep being on = the speed up mod makes it more like 200 ish hours.

Turns out the big horse did come, but not at our base, it was in the back roads between the surplus’s store and the small gun store all the way up west, me and two other friends almost died that day, without the cars armour I would have perished
