The cap has no protection so a bite in the head/neck will kill you in an instant. BIker Helmet is really helpfull

Bites on the neck and head have a chance ( low ) to crit and insta kill you if it’s a bad wounds

#

Also if you ever debugged a bite and cheated and healed that bite via debug and were to get bit there again, you’ll instantly die

#

In a normal situation tho, neck and face is basically instant kill depending on your luck you can escape it if it’s just a minor scratch

#

But anything deeper than a scratch basically is death
