Day One - On the 9th of July, after days of isolation, Sam finally emerges from his home. There are no living faces outside to greet him. He spends a few hours looting the nearby houses, before returning home.
Day Two - Sam is at his breaking point - he's ran out of cigarettes. He harnesses the willpower of addiction to leave his home and find some. Today, he made his first kill.
He's still adjusting to this new world, and hopes the military will save him soon.

Day Three - Sam hasn't been home in a couple days. He's been hiding out in a self-storage depot, weary and tired. Each hour he isn't tending to his wounds or scavenging for cigarettes, he's trying to pry open each unit. Hopefully there's something of use behind those doors.

Day Four - An unexpected house alarm sent all the undead barreling in his direction. Weaving through the streets of Muldraugh, with hundreds behind him, he managed to escape against all odds after he found a car. Incredibly tired, wounded, and in immense pain, he arrived at the Rosewood FD, where he stocked up on food and got some rest for the night.
Day Five - After looting the FD and the PD, Sam made his way further west in his beaten up blue shitbox. He's managing to adjust to this new world, and keeping in touch with the news helps him keep a modicum of sanity. After dozens of more kills, he's realised he's now in a world where he has to sin to survive.
