How long have you waited for validation? I can take quite a while depending on the PC

Are you able to forcefully start the game if you go to the game install location and run the "ProjectZomboid64.exe" file?

You could try reinstalling the game, it should not take longer than 6 hours to reinstall?

Can preferably do it on a different hard drive if possible, Steam can sometimes fix its issues that way

ive tried reinstalling twice now

#

and switched hard drives

#

and repaired games library

What happens at reinstall then? Does it just start verifying again?
