We’ve launched a new Project Zomboid server with 12GB of RAM, paid and set up for the year ahead. This isn’t your typical experience—our carefully chosen mods aim to enhance the gameplay and make the world feel fresh and dynamic. From improved visuals and animated vehicles (no old vanilla cars here!) to unique mechanics, the game feels like a whole new survival adventure.
You’ll face zombies as usual, but watch out for NPCs that act like players in PvP encounters. They’re rare, but the rewards for taking them down are worth the challenge.
When electricity and water run out, players can restore power by learning how to manage a nuclear power plant—a risky venture where mistakes can lead to fallout disasters. Similarly, players can repair and reactivate radio stations to bring back weather broadcasts and improve communication.
There’s plenty to do for those who want more depth and meaning in their survival experience. For example, we’ve added leaderboards to track survival stats and achievements, adding some friendly competition.
