📢 Big Announcement for the Project Zomboid Server!
🌟 New PvE Zone: Rosewood Prison 🌟
We’re thrilled to announce that the Rosewood Prison has officially opened as a new PvE area! This secure zone offers a dedicated spawn point and even features a small hidden starter shop located within the prison. Important Note: While this area is largely safe, a small number of zombies may still wander in, so it’s up to the players to keep it secure and thriving.
Currently, no housing plots are set up in the PvE area. However, if players construct houses or community buildings within this zone, they will be rewarded with in-game money. These funds can be spent at the admin shop or used to trade with other players. Let’s build a bustling, self-sufficient community together!
🛍️ Player Shops and Housing
Player shops will become available as individuals begin creating their own. If you build a house or property in the PvE area and wish to sell it to the admin, simply open a ticket in the Discord or contact KingZezar directly. Note: This process may take some time initially, but it will become more streamlined as we grow.
⚠️ Toxic Gas Events: Beware! ⚠️
Under no circumstances should your main base be located in the following areas:
Riverside
Muldraugh Centrum
Over the River Centrum
Every 3-6 months, these zones will experience toxic gas events. These events will render the areas uninhabitable, destroying player-built structures and wiping stored items. Treat this as a natural disaster event—plan accordingly to avoid losing your hard-earned progress.

💰 Survival Rewards
Survival has its perks! The mayors of towns in medium-difficulty areas will reward their residents for staying alive. For those not part of a town or living in PvE zones, the admin will offer smaller survival rewards to ensure everyone benefits. Joining a town with an active mayor is the best way to maximize these incentives!
