Unsubscribe from it, then restart your Steam client
Do not resubscribe
Then rejoin the server

Well I told my friend to remove that mod from the server, and when I tried to join it showed the same thing but with a diffrent mod. Could it be something unrelated to specific mod?

Not unless you manually installed mods or mod files

Remove them from the files, then verify the game files
