Is there a specific reason this mod could be failing? The size of the mod? The configuration of the mod? Steam servers? Internet connection?

Do you have enough space on your system? The mod is 6gb in size.

Could be the problem. There was a "core" file that was 40GB so I deleted that and I'm verifying the game files and restarting the server

Yeah I do not know that file, so I cannot comment on whether removing it is good or bad
