Cant host my own server because of nonexistent mod

Can anyone help me with this issue? Im playing with my friend on my own server for a long time but in one day it just dont wont to host it. Main problem in nonexistent mod that has 0MB size, dont have name and description. When Im trying to install it game telling me this error. Im already tried to reinstall all my mods and checked mods on server but it dont want to work by the way

You have to remove the mod from the server, otherwise you wont be able to join

Simply remove the mod above the Shelby mod in the mod list and workshop list on the server

Since that would be the nonexistent mod
