Here is a server with 200 mods or less - it's a challenging zombie pop with mainly QoL mods with Brita's weapons.
Active VC and events every week. Wipes every month or less. Loot respawns after a significant amount of time.
It's dedicated. Mostly NA players and EU.

We do have servers that which is completely no wipe. Active users usually around 15 - 20.
As for playthrough, we do offer variety of activities for players to participate. So combine the fact that you will need to build your house from ground up, to collect rare weapons out there. The playtime will be long.
Also community is very friendly
