Only downside is im a melee focused build who has traits where if I use guns, I get EXTREMELY depressed, im worse at aiming and I get less xp for using them.
so...im donating it all to my community center and letting the gun crazy people go nuts lmao.

Aiming is easy to level up but it's easiest with shotguns and I don't see any of that in there. And reloading is 100% free to level up. Just load, unload and load again. You'll gain those skills quickly. I would at least level my reloading before handing it all over.
