Something that we urge you do prior joining a new server in order to make sure that your local files around mods are compatible with the server's files. Usually people might experience slow joining, stuck on Getting server info or errors related to specific files (with their file-path).
All of this can be resolved easily by deleting your workshop subscriptions as well as removing your multiplayer folder.

Safest zone in the server - forced PvE + no Z can enter or spawn there. Grieving or stealing from this area is also prohinited.
People run busineses like repair shops, bars and more in this gated community. As well as base there as long as they help in CC work to "pay-off" their rent 😉
