i have been playing on a server with my friends for the past three days and its all gone well, i have gathered all of the vhs tapes and books , so i started reading the books everything was fine , but then while watching the show , i didnt get any xp and i lost the xp multiplier, this happened with both carpentry and mechanics what do i do

Does the server have any mods? Does the issue happen to other players?

the server is hosted by my friend and we only use more traits and louisville spawns, also he( the one hosting the server ) is leveling up perfectly fine without losing his multipliers

Do you have the same traits as your friend? Since it could be a problem with that mod

I can only suggest having your friend do a second test server without that mod and checking if the same thing happens there

You can use admin tools and similar to speed up the testing
