while not fully consistent, by holding your manual ground attack key and pressing space to stomp a walking zombie, they will be knocked to the ground :P
pressing (manual floor attack) + stomp while moving can also freeze your character until interrupted by an outside force (such as zombies)

Really cool, the animation should be a bit slower to match falling over animations with other weapons though, imo
