what appliances should I fill those two extra slots with, I'm thinking a coffee maker, anything else?

you could make walls or fences to outline kitchen zones, i also could recommend pulling out the old floor and replace it with black&white checkers, they look nice. Also it could be neat if you made those freezers into their own room, kind of like food storage area.

Thanks for the tips @chilly pilot I don’t actually care for aesthetics only function, I just finished second floor plumbing today, gonna put 4X3 water barrels up there and then I’m gonna close this kitchen off and surround barrels around an antique oven to fill and store in the winter

Gonna stock pile the freezers with cooked food and hunker down and workout all winter
