prolly muldraugh and after that id say go go to westpoint. keep moving towards the military checkpoint. you can get tons of guns and crap there, especially if you have mods.

Also how tf did you level your tailoring so high
read tailoring books, kills zombs, rip their clothes to get ripped sheets and thread. then find a boiler suit or long johns, then apply the patches and remove the patches

the higher tailoring level, the higher chance u get thread when ripping clothes. also when applying patches, scratch and bite defense increases. but the max protection is at lvl 10.
