other mods installed that includes vehicles were save our station and STFR, i dont know about save our station but STFR got direct compatibility with SVU, even then STFR is appearing fine in the game

btw tsarslib does appear in the mod menu, subscribed on my steam workshop, and it still doesnt appear for some reason, tried to check both server log and singleplayer log for any error regarding tsarslib, none were found. but yet it still doesnt appear.
trying to just run the game in sp only with tsarlibs and SVU to see if theres a mod dependency/conflictions or any submod issue

checked the metalworking, i see tsarlibs's roof light in the crafting tho
so tsarlibs does indeed work i believe?
then the problem boils down to... uh SVU?
