#i can not have any more than 3 items in my backpack

so i have a glitch that when i host a server with my friends i cannot take more than 3 DIFFERENT items into my backpack. also i cannto drop anymore than 4 items on the ground. i tried deleting the world but it wont stop. i will upload a screensots of the whole modpacks below. Also im sending it here becouse i think its caused by an mod incompatybility.
