Till now I have placed a few counters in the bottom left corner (north) and 2 single sofas and a tv on a low table in the bottom right (southwest)
I have dedicated a room upstairs to be a bedroom, a bathroom and a Gym/training room

Since it's a bar you could add some glasses of wine or bottles of beer around the counter with some cash or maybe drinks in red solo cups
